These terms govern use of 3amindset.link, published by 3AMINDSET (SIREN 105 908 263). By using the garden pages you accept them.

The site is free to use for personal, non-commercial reading. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service with automated requests or use the garden pages unlawfully.

The studio team may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

The studio team take reasonable care over the content, but it is general information and may change without notice. Descriptions of games in development reflect the position when written; the store listing and the game’s own privacy policy are authoritative once a game is released.

If you spot an error, tell us so the studio team can correct it.

3AMindset titles will be distributed through Google Play, whose terms govern downloads, payments and refunds. Your statutory consumer rights under French and EU law are not affected.

Text, graphics, layout and code belong to 3AMINDSET or are used with permission. Do not use the 3AMindset name to suggest endorsement without written permission. Short quotations for review or news reporting are welcome where French law allows, with the source acknowledged.

Names and marks of other businesses that appear on the garden pages, such as Google Play, belong to their owners.

Links to services such as Google Play or the official company register are provided for reference only. The studio team are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply any partnership.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury.

Subject to that, the studio team are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability of the garden pages or reliance on general information. The studio team take reasonable steps to keep the garden pages free from malicious code, but you should keep your own devices protected.

The studio team aim to keep the garden pages usable with assistive technology. If any part is hard to use, tell us and the studio team will provide the information another way.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If the studio team do not enforce a right immediately, the studio team may still do so later.

These terms are written in French and English; in case of inconsistency the French version prevails.

The studio team may revise these terms, for example when a game is released. The version and date at the top show the latest change, and changes never apply retrospectively.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge and the EU online dispute resolution platform, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Otherwise the courts with jurisdiction over the team’s head office are competent.
